The Job
As a Program Manager Sourcing Strategy you will be part of the Global Supply Management team driving Supply Chain Continuity & working on tariff workstreams in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Suppliers On Time Delivery performance in close collaboration with Global Supply Chain & Quality teams.
- Debottlenecking Supply Constraints by adopting best in class Problem Solving Methodology.
- Lead & Drive Sourcing execution in alignment with Lead Category Manager Project Execution (Executing Transfer Resourcing ECN & Qualification projects).
- Drive world class cost and margin enhancement (TCO Improvement) to deliver target local productivity & working capital improvements (MOQ & Lead Time improvements).
- Lead and manage supplier relationships as the local representative for global affiliates.
The Person

- Minimum 5 years of experience in global strategic sourcing or procurement including supplier selection.
- Engineering degree in relevant area required Electronics or Mechatronics engineering preferred.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes should costing materials and experience in managing electro-mechanical component categories.
- Ability to work independently to deliver results and influence stakeholders internally and externally.
- Excellent Communication Skills with English Language Proficiency.
- Experience working with Global & Diverse team in Europe & Asia
