As Head of Finance you will serve as the financial backbone of our organization. From liquidity management to reporting and strategic planning you will ensure the groups financial stability and provide actionable insights for leadership decisions. With your expertise you will not only safeguard our finances but also drive efficiency harmonization and long-term growth across our global operations.
Responsibilities Qualifications and Skills
Responsibilities:
- Financial Controlling: Take full responsibility for controlling of financials of all subsidiaries (domestic and international).
- Financial Reporting: Develop and enhance group-wide financial reporting.
- Financial Planning: Cashflow Planning and Currency hedging across mutliple currencies
- Financial Statements: Advise support and review the preparation of annual financial statements of all affiliated companies.
- Consulting and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders including tax advisors auditors and banks.
- Analyzing and Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate key financial and business performance indicators deriving actionable recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Optimize and harmonize financial processes across the group.
- Presentation and Documentation: Prepare decision-making materials and recommendations for top management.
Technical skills & qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration Finance Controlling Economics or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in finance management and controlling ideally in an international environment.
- Solid knowledge of liquidity planning accounting (HGB) annual financial statements and reporting.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken Chinese isis a big plus.
- Strong command of MS Excel DATEV ERP systems and comparable tools.

- Strong analytical abilities and entrepreneurial mindset.
- High sense of ownership responsibility and structured working style.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
