Job Summary

This is a full time hourly position

We are looking for a high potential individual ready to take on challenges and responsibilities at our Ottawa location.

Job Responsibilities:
Potential assignments may include but are not limited to:
Load/unload trucks railcars barges
Operate heavy machinery (i.e skidsteers wheel loaders forklifts)
Deckhand responsibilities
General housekeeping duties (i.e. mowing snow removal site cleanup)
General maintenance
Assist operations personnel maintenance personnel and supervisors as needed
Operating equipment

Job Requirements:
To be considered for an opportunity candidates must meet the following criteria:

Commitment to ADMs goal of achieving a zero-injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
High school education or equivalent is preferred
Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
Able to meet physical requirements of the position including but not limited to prolonged periods of standing and sitting working in confined spaces from heights and above/near water bending kneeling climbing stairs and ladders working in a variety of conditions (heat cold dust etc.) lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Willing to work shift with variable start time weekends holidays and overtime if needed
Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude

Candidates are required to provide own means of transportation to and from work.

ADM requires the successful completion ofabackground check.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired employees will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.

The pay for this position is expected to be:
