Job Title: Licensing Associate (On Site Position)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensing Associate to join our team. The Licensing Associate will play a key role in supporting the licensing process maintaining relationships with partners and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for consumer products and the licensing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend calls/meetings with existing and potential partners and build strong relationships
Update recurring reports for licensors: placement reports/decks UPC reports Amazon ASIN reports sell-through reports meeting recaps etc.
Maintain and update centralized files
Collaborate with licensors to facilitate product development with approvals of 40 different lines of business
Ownership of licensing approvals internally in collaboration with Product Approvals Design and Product Development teams
Review product samples artwork and packaging to ensure alignment with brand standards and contractual requirements
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends competitive landscape and new licensing opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related field
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and project management skills with the capability to multi-task and balance various projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Power BI) and database management software.
Knowledge of licensing industry trends best practices and legal requirements is a plus.
