Qualifications :
- you are studying psychology business or social sciences with a focus on HR ideally at the masters level
- first practical experience from internships preferably in HR or related areas
- confident in using MS Office and communicating with different stakeholders
- curious about using AI tools to enhance and simplify daily work
- reliable proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- excellent written and spoken German and English skills
