Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director / BCBA to lead our clinical team oversee programming and ensure the highest standard of care. This leadership role combines clinical expertise staff supervision and operational oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs RBTs and support staff
Oversee the development implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines state regulations and insurance requirements
Conduct assessments develop behavior intervention plans and review client progress
Lead clinical team meetings and training initiatives
Collaborate with families to support client goals and ensure satisfaction
Support growth and operational strategies for the practice
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification
Minimum 35 years of clinical experience in ABA therapy
Proven experience in leadership or supervisory roles preferred
Strong knowledge of ABA principles assessment tools and intervention strategies
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with staff clients and families
