What Youll Do

Technology Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and execute a unified technology roadmap and vision across all business units.
  • Establish and enforce technology standards processes and best practices for all service lines including infrastructure telecom and digital platforms.
  • Align technology initiatives with business goals to ensure scalability reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering operations and leadership to ensure alignment on execution and innovation.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

  • Lead enterprise cybersecurity programs and ensure adherence to recognized frameworks such as NIST ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
  • Build cybersecurity policy from the ground up while maintaining and improving existing systems.
  • Manage external cybersecurity vendors and ensure compliance resilience and data protection across the organization.

Operational Oversight & Vendor Management

  • Oversee lifecycle management of hardware software and network systems.
  • Manage key vendor relationships to ensure reliability cost-effectiveness and adherence to standards.
  • Partner with operations and finance to ensure all technology decisions align with business objectives.
  • Drive process improvement scalability and technical excellence across teams and projects.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor technical teams including infrastructure development and engineering resources to deliver consistent high-quality results.
  • Foster a culture of accountability innovation and collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary point of leadership for technology strategy ensuring alignment across all divisions and departments.

Qualifications :

  • 7-10 years of experience in technology leadership ideally within telecom property tech or integrated technology sectors.
  • Strong experience with low voltage systems integration technologies including access control VoIP/unified communications CCTV systems and networks. 
  • Proven ability to define and implement enterprise-level technology strategies and standards.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity governance vendor management and infrastructure oversight.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams and managing third-party vendors.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multitask perform well under pressure meet deadlines and wear multiple hats.
  • Excited to work in a environment similar to fast paced startup; you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).
