Job Summary
As a Software Engineer - Team Lead youll play a key role in building and evolving the core platform for a new AI-powered insights product. Youll lead a team of developers while driving architectural decisions and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user your day-to-day you will:
Lead a team of developers both backend and frontend execution and monitoring
Build and evolve the core platform for a new AI-powered insights product
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of fullstack features - from design and implementation to deployment and monitoring
Drive architectural decisions and contribute to technical direction for distributed systems and event-driven workflows
Collaborate closely with client and AI teams to ensure high performance reliability and seamless user experiences
Qualifications :
3-4 years of experience as a team lead
Experience with microservices REST/gRPC APIs and data processing pipelines
Strong problem-solving skills code quality discipline and attention to scalability and performance
Experience with AI or LLM-driven products - an advantage
Fluent in spoken and written English
