Head of Transitions Pension Risk Transfer

Were currently recruiting for a Head of Transitions to join our award winning Pension Risk Transfer business.

As Head of Transitions youll play a pivotal role in shaping our client experience driving operational excellence and enhancing Legal & Generals reputation in the pensions industry. Youll lead a team of experts across data project management and client services ensuring every transition is delivered with precision care and innovation.

This is a hybrid working opportunity which means you can split your working week between your home and our Offices to find a work/life balance that works for you.

What youll be doing:

• Leading the delivery of new business transitions across UK operations
• Shaping onboarding strategy to enhance client experience and market reputation
• Managing stakeholder relationships with trustees advisors and consultants
• Attending pitches and presenting post-transaction propositions with confidence
• Driving continuous improvement using LEAN methodologies
• Collaborating across teams to ensure accurate data and compliant documentation
• Representing the business at industry events to build networks and influence
• Mentoring and developing a high-performing team to maximise impact
