Job Summary
The Evergreen Center is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA to work as a Behavioral Education Team Supervisor. In this role you will design and implement behavior support plans tailored to individual student needs collaborate and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team serve as a liaison between Evergreen the student and various stakeholders and assist with the day-to-day coordination of activities for students. This role also functions as a manager providing staff supervision training and development
$5000 Sign On Bonus
Qualifications :
- Current BCBA certification in the process to obtain BCBA certification or willingness to enroll in a BCBA certification program
- Masters Degree in Special Education Psychology Behavior Analysis or related field
- 3-5 years of experience working with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Supervision experience preferred (2 years)
- Drivers license required
