The ideal candidate has prior experience in a healthcare setting combined with an outgoing personality a caring nature exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on position that requires dexterity and confidence in working directly with patients. You should align with and appreciate our core values:

Role:

As a Medical Assistant you will be the face of our practice greeting patients with a smile and making them feel welcome. Youll be their primary point of contact ensuring their concerns are addressed and they feel supported throughout their healing process. Youll assist the doctor directly with therapies and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly by name and make them feel at home.
Encourage patients throughout their healing journey and celebrate their progress.
Assist patients in getting comfortable in treatment rooms.
Provide hands-on support to the doctor during therapies (training provided).
Clean and prepare treatment rooms between patients.
Help from desk when needed with: Patient check ins scheduling payments and questions.
Maintain a clean and organized environment.
Adhere to HIPAA privacy laws and safety guidelines.
Assist with patient inquiries.
Navigate the fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a healthcare setting.
Genuine care for patients and their healing journey.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Dexterity and confidence in assisting with hands-on therapies.
Quick learner with the ability to execute tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Self-directed with excellent time management.
Collaborative and contributes positively to the team environment.

Availability:

This is apart-time in-person positionwith the following schedule:

Monday and Wednesday:1:30 PM 6:30 PM
Tuesday and Thursday:7:30 AM 1:30 PM

Additional hours and occasional weekend event support may be required for events.
