Assistant General Manager D1 Training Alliance

Were hiring an Assistant General Manager (full-time salaried) to join our team. This role is focused on lead generation phone outreach and setting in-person appointments. Youll work incoming leads make 150 daily calls and drive conversions. Its a high-energy high-reward roleand a clear pathway to becoming a General Manager.

What Youll Do

Call connect convert: Handle inbound leads from multiple sources with consistent outreach.
Drive results: Set confirm and manage appointments to maximize show rates.
Own your pipeline: Follow up with warm leads past inquiries and referrals.
Track performance: Report daily KPIs (calls sets confirms shows).
Support the mission: Help youth athletes parents and adults start their training journey.

Minimum Requirements

35 years in sales customer service or lead management (fitness/retail/hospitality a plus)
Confident on the phone and experienced with CRM tools
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Active healthy lifestyle that aligns with our performance culture (If fitness isnt a core value this isnt the role for you)
High school diploma required; Bachelors preferred

Bonus if You Have:

Experience in a membership-based business (gym sports program etc.)
Familiarity with gym/CRM platforms (Mindbody GoHighLevel etc.)
Background in coaching fitness or athletics
