Job Summary

Four65 is seeking a talented and passionate Cook to join our culinary team in Highlands United States. As a Cook at Four65 you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests by preparing high-quality dishes with precision and creativity.

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
  • Ensure proper food handling storage and sanitation practices are followed at all times
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations and timely food delivery
  • Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Monitor and replenish inventory as needed
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff members
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss improvements and address challenges

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant setting
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
  • Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment and tools
  • Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities
  • Food Safety Certification (required)
  • Culinary degree or diploma (preferred)
  • Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking styles
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
