This opportunity is to support with administration and project work within our Pre-Sales Design department no prior Engineering knowledge required. The Pre-Sales Design department is a multi-faceted department covering customer-facing pre-sales support heating system design product specification and system optimisation.
In this role you will be responsible for:
The placement will focus on supporting administration tasks within the department including but not limited to:
1. Project co-ordination of system design requests
2. Departmental continuous improvement project administration and support
3. Generation of departmental reports for the Technical Services Manager
4. Project management consisting of staff capacity planning and prioritising deadlines.
5. Providing an excellent level of customer service liaising directly with heating industry professionals housing developers and end-users

Qualifications :
Please note that to be eligible for this role you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree - if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions.
Our ideal candidate must have:
The role would be suitable for those studying a degree in business or project management specialisms.
- Good computer literacy in industry-standard packages for office use.
- Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Have the capability to communicate well in a team and work using own initiative
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Have a high attention to detail.
- Be able to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
