Job Summary

Purpose of the Role 

To provide ongoing support supervision and training to Care Professionals ensuring the highest standards of care delivery. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct regular field-based supervisions and appraisals of Care Professionals. 

  • Maintain accurate records using Home Insteads care management software. 

  • Facilitate introductions between clients and Care Professionals. 

  • Foster positive relationships and provide mentorship to Care Professionals. 

  • Maintain consistent communication and support across the care team. 

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the line manager. 

  • Ensure adherence to Home Insteads Equality Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy in both employment and service delivery. 

  • Undertake further training to support Care Professionals development as needed. 


Qualifications :

  • Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). 

  • Proven experience delivering a broad range of personal care services. 

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional care through team support. 

  • Strong understanding of Health and Social Care legislation and regulations. 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. 

  • Confidence in using care management technology and training others. 

  • Awareness of confidentiality and current legislation. 

  • Proficiency in IT systems including Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication platforms. 

  • Full driving licence and access to transport for client visits. 

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own schedule and adapt to business needs.
