Job Summary
Are you ready to shape the data-driven transformation of a global innovation leader Kanadevia Inova is looking for a Group Director Data & Analytics CoE to define and drive our enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy. This is your chance to lead a Center of Excellence that powers AI innovation advanced analytics and fact-based decision-making across all business units.
What Youll Do
- Set the Vision: Define and implement a group-wide data and analytics strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Enable AI Innovation: Deliver advanced analytics and AI/ML capabilities integrating cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI.
- Build a Data Culture: Create a cross-functional community drive upskilling and foster a mindset of data-driven decision-making.
- Deliver Insights: Ensure consistent BI platforms and reporting services across the organization.
- Collaborate Globally: Act as the key interface between business units IT and external partners for data and analytics topics.
- Community Building: Establish and manage a cross-functional Data & Analytics community of practice. Drive upskilling best-practice sharing and a data-driven mindset across the organization.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Data Science Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- 10 years in data management BI/analytics or AI leadership roles.
- Expertise in data governance cloud-based platforms and advanced analytics solutions.
- Proven success in delivering AI/ML use cases that create business value. Strong leadership stakeholder management and communication skills; English required German is a plus.
