Job Summary
Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid at least 3 days onsite/week)
Visa Sponsorship: We offer sponsorship under specific treaty-based U.S. work visas including TN and E-2 (for eligible Canadian Mexican and French citizens). We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g. H-1B).
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team and work on IT projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java and be passionate about developing new features on Payment Platforms.
Role and responsibilities
- Manage multiple tasks and use sound judgment when prioritizing
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams in building customer-centric products
- Analyze existing software implementations to identify areas of improvement and provide deadline estimates for implementing new features
- Update and maintain documentation for team processes best practices and software runbooks
- Establish trusted partnerships with peers product heads and executive level stakeholders
- Must be passionate about technology and engineering
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to apply knowledge and experience in decision-making to arrive at creative and commercial solutions
- Ability to leverage technology to deliver business value
- Must be independent and comfortable in a fast-paced ambiguous and often multi-directional work environment

Qualifications :
- 5 years of relevant professional experience using Java
- Proficiency in development with Java SpringBoot REST APIs
- Experience in working with databases NoSQL and/or Relational
- Comfortable with Agile operating models (Scrum/Kanban)
- Must be independent and comfortable in a fast paced ambiguous and often multi-directional work environment
- Strong analytical skills energetic self-directed and self-motivated strong communication skills
