Montaltos home estate of 30 acres under vine is the primary source for their premium wines and the expansive kitchen gardens and orchards supply their kitchens in The Restaurant and The Piazza.
OPPORTUNITY FOR A CASUAL/ FULL TIME CHEF We are on the lookout for an experienced Chef to join our award-winning and fast-paced Montalto team in Red Hill.
THE ROLE
To be successful in this role we require:
Experience in high volume kitchens favourable but not essential
Organised well presented professional with a keen eye for detail.
Understanding of food safety standards.
Full time or casual opportunities available Weekend work with set days off. Occasional evening shifts for functions over summer only.
