Were looking for an Outside Sales Representative who can hit the ground running build strong relationships and drive growth across the DC/Northern VA territory.
What Youll Do:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors wholesalers engineers and building owners.
Identify and qualify prospects manage your sales pipeline and achieve sales goals.
Deliver consultative solution-based sales and an exceptional customer experience.
Stay current on products and market trends through ongoing training and workshops.
Travel with factory partners to customer sites to build and maintain relationships.
Work from our Hanover MD office twice a month to collaborate with your team.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
What You Bring:
Bachelors degree preferred; High School diploma required
25 years of sales experience (commercial or industrial sales a plus)
Strong communication organization and relationship-building skills
A results-driven mindset and passion for providing top-tier customer service
