Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed interior drawings using Revit including floor plans reflected ceiling plans elevations sections and joinery details
• Create functional and efficient space plans based on client requirements design intent and regulatory standards
• Translate design concepts into precise construction documentation for fit-out execution
• Coordinate with interior designers MEP engineers and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility
• Demonstrated Knowledge and experience in Interior space planning
• Prepare layout revisions as needed
• Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with local codes and project specifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior drafting and space planning
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit for interior documentation and layout development
• Strong understanding of interior finishes materials and detailing
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other drafting tools is a plus
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related field
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial residential or hospitality interior projects
• Knowledge of local building codes and fit-out standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
