About the Internship
- We are offering a 6-month intensive internship for emerging designers who want to refine their skills in UI/UX and graphic design while working on real projects.
- This internship is structured as a hands-on training experience youll work directly with our design team contribute to live campaigns and receive certification from M365Connect upon completion.
- This is not a beginner role its an opportunity for designers with up to two years of experience who want to evolve their craft in a professional fast-paced environment.
What You will Learn & Do
UI/UX Design
- Design clean user-centred interfaces for mobile and web applications.
- Learn how to translate real business goals into user journeys and wireframes.
- Support ongoing product design projects within the M365Connect ecosystem.
- Participate in usability reviews and design iterations with senior designers.
- Graphic Design & Branding
- Create social media visuals flyers and brand identity assets for campaigns.
- Contribute to the creation of illustrations mascots and visual elements that express our brand tone.
- Understand how to build cohesive visual systems across web digital and print.
- Assist in maintaining and expanding our brand design library.
What We are Looking For
- Up to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design and/or graphic design.
- Strong design fundamentals layout typography colour and composition.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop or After Effects is a plus).
- A solid portfolio that demonstrates your creativity process and range.
- Eagerness to learn adapt and grow in a team environment.
- Passion for merging design technology and human experience.
