Position: Web Developer / UI Designer

Evolution Sports Group is seeking a talented creative individual to join our team as a Web Developer/UI Designer. This is a full time permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

As a Web Developer / UI Designer you will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly and visually appealing websites for our various sports programs and events. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create a seamless and engaging online experience for our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-quality websites for our sports programs and events

- Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand identity and user experience

- Create wireframes mockups and prototypes to present to stakeholders and gather feedback

- Write clean efficient and well-documented code using HTML CSS and JavaScript

- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability

- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and development

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Web Design or a related field

- 2 years of experience in web development and design

- Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and other web development languages

- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal

- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices

- Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite

- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay Rate: $35-55 per hour depending on experience

Training Pay: $30 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus: $700 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule: Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)

Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
