Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity compassion and clinical expertise to help children improve communication feeding and language skills in a playful and motivating setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech language voice fluency and feeding therapy to pediatric clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on evaluations and family input
- Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records in a timely manner
- Collaborate with occupational and physical therapists to support whole-child development
- Educate and support families on strategies to enhance communication at home
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Contribute to a positive playful and professional clinic environment
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Texas SLP license or eligible for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Passion for working with children and families
- Strong communication organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative clinic setting
