The Role
We are looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer (Graphic Designer) who can seamlessly combine product design thinking with strong visual storytelling.
If you can design clean user-friendly interfaces and craft striking visuals for digital communication this is your stage.
You will play a key role in shaping the visual and interactive identity of M365Connect designing experiences and assets that connect talent technology and opportunity.
What You will Do
- UI/UX Design
- Create intuitive elegant designs for web and mobile platforms
- Translate complex workflows into simple accessible user journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with business and user needs.
- Conduct user testing analyse feedback and iterate to improve the user experience.
- Explore our visual direction and creative benchmark here: Your design quality should align with or exceed the style and tone showcased there.
- Contribute to our evolving design system and maintain design consistency.
2. Graphic Design & Brand Identity
- Design social media flyers campaign visuals and marketing assets that reinforce brand identity.
- Support the creation and refinement of our brand systems - logos icons mascots colour palettes and typography.
- Develop illustrations mockups and visual storytelling assets for website and campaign use.
- Ensure brand cohesion across all digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce high-quality visuals that enhance engagement.
What You will Bring
- 24 years of proven experience in both UI/UX and graphic design.
- A portfolio demonstrating your ability to design for digital interfaces and brand visuals alike.
- Proficiency in Figma (Adobe Illustrator Photoshop or After Effects are a plus).
- Strong grasp of visual hierarchy typography layout and colour theory.
- Experience designing for social media responsive web and mobile-first environments.
- Curiosity adaptability and a proactive approach to creative problem-solving.
