Coordinateand work closely with appointed contractors(i.e. pest control) to ensure their performancemet to hotels required standard.
Responsibly Description
- Supervise the work of Public Area Agents to ensure that cleanliness and tidiness of all Front and Heart of House areas meet the highest standard to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor carpet and stone care program.
- Be familiar with all cleaning equipment and correct chemical handling procedures in all areas of the hotel.
- Inspect administrative office areas cleanliness maintenance supplies safety and security; and take corrective measures to ensure that established standards are met.
- Check to ensure that equipment are given proper care and maintenance while being used.
- Report as directed any observed deviations from established standards.
- Produce Public Area Agent schedules in accordance to Talent productivity requirements.
- Review and adjust staffing daily to ensure optimum staffing levels.
- Review Talent Coach assignments and make adjustment.
- Communicate with other departments throughout the day to make sure total guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest amenity and cleaning supplies consumption and order replacement.
- Accomplish relative set of administrative duties such as writing reports data classification.

- 完成其他行政工作如報表及整理資料
