As a Paralegal / Support Lawyer you can gain experience within a Magic Circle law firm working in-house or in an alternative legal service provider will get experience working with Transactional team as well as working closely with Linklaters clients providing advice training assistance and offering exceptional client service.

Who are we looking for

  • At least 2 years transactional legal experience preferably in Debt Capital Markets.
  • Experience in conducting due diligence.
  • Minimum educational requirements LPC/SQE/Foreign- or UK-Qualified.
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high degree of autonomy be resilient and be aware that long hours may be needed from time to time.
  • Maintain effective organisational skills and clear communication to efficiently manage multiple matters and deadlines.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail work ethic and technical abilities.
