Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Customer Experience Assistant to join our growing this role you will assist with daily operations client communication and scheduling to help ensure all processes run efficiently. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Prior experience in customer service hospitality call center or virtual support roles is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a remote setting
Comfortable using email chat and other virtual tools for daily communication.
Must have a reliable internet connection
