HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
TheLeadSonographeratTMHisresponsibleforperformingandinterpretingawiderangeofultrasoundexaminationswhileensuringpatientsafetymaintainingqualitystandardsandassistingphysiciansduringprocedures.

RequiredSkillsandQualifications
- RDMSorARDMSCertification:CertificationinrelevantspecialtiessuchasOB/Gynabdominalorvascularsonography.
- TechnicalProficiency:Competencewithvariousultrasoundmachinesandimagingsoftware.
- ClinicalKnowledge:Understandinganatomypathologyfetaldevelopmentandsonographicprotocols.
- LeadershipSkills:Abilitytoguidejuniorstaffenforcequalitystandardsandmanageworkflowefficiently.
- AttentiontoDetail:Ensuringcriticalstructuresarecapturedaccuratelyimagesmeetqualitystandardsanddocumentationiscomplete.
- CommunicationSkills:Effectiveinteractionwithpatientsfamiliesandproviderstoexplainproceduresandaddressconcerns.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Requirements
Minimum: Graduate of an approved Sonography program
Minimum: One (1) year experience as a Sonographer. Preferred: One (1) plus years experience as a Sonographer.
Registered with ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography) required. BLS also required.
