Job Summary

Location: Yorkshire Greater Manchester Midlands

Salary: 45168 - 53638 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Disrepair Surveyor to join our team covering Yorkshire Greater Manchester and the Midlands.

Were looking for you to ensure the effective management and delivery of compliance related repairs including statutory Environmental Health Orders and legal disrepair cases.

Youll undertake building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks. Youll make recommendations for repair improvement or new construction work based on survey findings.

Well look to you to investigate standard incidents using current regulatory and compliance processes systems and procedures and take action to solve immediate issues as well as advising colleagues on more complex problems.

It is essential that you are educated to level 5 or above in surveying or demonstrable equivalent experience.
