Location: Middlebury Vermont
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Are you organized detail-oriented and passionate about supporting patient care At Helen Porter Nursing & Rehabilitation our Unit Clerks play a vital role in keeping our resident units running smoothly while supporting our healthcare team. Your work helps ensure residents receive the highest quality care in a clean orderly and efficient environment .
About the Role
As a Unit Clerk you will:
Provide essential clerical services for the resident unit
Maintain the cleanliness and order of the nursing station
Support resident care through communication with other departments via phone email written documentation and in-person interactions
Assist with service tasks according to Helen Porter policies and established job functions
Your role is key to ensuring smooth operations and excellent resident care every day!
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Additional coursework or experience in medical assisting or clerical work
Basic knowledge of medical terminology
Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills
