POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Garden Valley School Division invites applications for the full-time (1.0 FTE) term position of Grade 5 Teacher at Parkland Elementary School effective as soon as possible until December 19 2025.

With a student population of about 4300 the division encompasses 14 schools in the communities of Winkler Plum Coulee Schanzenfeld Hochfeld Blumenfeld Reinland and Blumengart.

REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hold or be eligible to hold a valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate.
• Prior experience teaching in a Grade 5 classroom is an asset.
• Strong planning and communication skills
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check & Child Abuse Registry Check
