They offer a platform for sales enablement and mobile CRM to automate the sales process support lead generation and management and help clients manage their resources effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone email and chat
- Assist clients with product inquiries account management and issue resolution
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience in the sales or technology industry is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $25 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $35 per hour
