Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the monthly and annual group reporting process including preparation of consolidation schedules and working papers.
- Collect review and validate financial data from subsidiaries to ensure completeness and accuracy in group submissions.
- Help maintain and update reporting templates consolidation systems and data mapping structures.
- Perform variance analysis and provide preliminary commentary on financial results.
- Assist in ad hoc reporting reconciliations and analytical reviews as required by the Senior Associate or Group Reporting Manager.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing deliverables and responding to queries.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and data accuracy within group reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline.
- 13 years of relevant experience in accounting audit or financial reporting (experience in group reporting or consolidation is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and basic knowledge of consolidation concepts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; exposure to financial consolidation or ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite) is a plus.
- Detailoriented organized and able to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; a curious learner eager to grow in group reporting.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working within a regional or global finance team.
