About the Role
As Internal Communications Manageryoullset the strategic direction for all internal communications in Australia partnering closely with executives global partnersHRand cross-functional teams. Your work will ensure every crew member understands Vanguards mission feelsvaluedand is equipped to contribute to our collective success.

WhatYoullBring
Minimum5 years experience in communications ideally within a large corporate environment.
A passion for stakeholder engagement and the ability to build strong trusted relationships at all levels.
Champion the adoption and rollout of the latest internal communications tools and platforms driving quality communications and connecting with teams wherever they are.
Exceptional writing skills with a knack for crafting clear engaging and audience-specific messaging.
A track recordof leading teams and delivering high-impact campaigns with measurable results.
