Position Summary
Our client is a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) company currently focused on health products that solve real-world problems. While their primary focus remains the health sector long-term expansion into other markets and product categories may be considered in the future as new brands are launched.
They are seeking a Junior Creative Strategist to join their global team and play a key role in developing high-performing ad creatives for their D2C brands. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Founder Senior Creative Strategist and video editors to conceptualize and produce compelling direct-response ad scripts.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in ad creation who is eager to learn grow and build a long-term career in creative strategy within a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write high-performing ad concepts and scripts for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns ensuring each creative aligns with brand voice and performance goals.
- Analyze ad performance data (CTR CPA ROAS etc.) to identify insights and use them to guide creative testing iteration and optimization.
- Conduct research on markets audiences and competitors to uncover messaging angles and trends that inspire new creative directions.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Creative Strategist video editors and designers to turn ideas into high-quality conversion-focused video ads.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions contributing fresh data-informed ideas and helping refine existing concepts for better performance.
- Stay up to date with social media trends ad formats and best practices proactively suggesting new content styles or creative approaches.
- Maintain an organized creative workflow including concept documentation test tracking and performance analysis for ongoing campaigns.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with the global team ensuring smooth coordination across time zones and project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 12 years of relevant experience in creative strategy advertising or direct-response marketing (preferably in D2C or eCommerce).
- Proven experience creating or scripting ad concepts for digital campaigns.
- Basic understanding of direct-response marketing principles and ad performance metrics.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret Meta ad data.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive curious and growth-oriented mindset motivated by learning and long-term development rather than short-term rewards.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in health wellness or problem-solving consumer products.
- Background in creative or performance marketing agencies.
- Understanding of creative testing and iteration (A/B testing).
- Familiarity with video editing workflows or visual storytelling.
