You will work with students who may have:
Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
Communication and sensory needs
Social emotional and behavioural needs
Classes are small with a high level of support staff to ensure each pupil receives individualised attention. You will plan and deliver lessons which are differentiated scaffolded and adapted to support progress at different cognitive emotional and developmental levels.
You will work closely with:
Teaching Assistants providing 1:1 and small group support
Speech & Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy staff
SENCo pastoral team and specialist behaviour practitioners
This is a role where relationship-building consistency and communication are key.

Paid on Main Pay Scale (MPS) Upper Pay Scale (UPS) depending on experience.
