JD - Cloud Engineer:
Must have: AWS Infra implementation architecture Cloud networking
We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Engineer with deep expertise in AWS to design build and manage complex cloud infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams gather requirements and lead end-to-end implementation using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable secure and highly available AWS infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Own the end-to-end implementation of cloud infrastructure including coding testing deployment and documentation.
Maintain and enhance a multi-account AWS Landing Zone using AWS Control Tower and IAM Identity Center.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform Terragrunt and CloudFormation.
Integrate and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Monitor and troubleshoot systems using CloudWatch Grafana and other observability tools.
Configure and manage AWS networking components such as VPC Subnets ELB Transit Gateway etc.
Implement high availability disaster recovery monitoring alerting and testing strategies.
Configure SAML and SCIM integrations with identity providers like Okta.
Automate AWS account creation for business units using RunOn and Python scripts.
Use Python to deploy AWS accounts in specific environments (e.g. dev prod).
Manage user onboarding and group access using MyID.
Conduct peer reviews of infrastructure code and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and frameworks such as FedRAMP SOC 2 and ISO.
Experience with Unix/Linux systems and troubleshooting.
Understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect DevOps Engineer).
Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
