At Overhead Door Company were on the hunt for our next Garage Door Rock Star someone whos equal parts technician troubleshooter and customer service pro. What Youll Do:
- Be the go-to expert for residential garage door repairs installations and upgrades.
- Diagnose issues like a detective fix them like an engineer and upsell like a pro all while keeping customers happy.
- Work independently in the field with the support of a rock-solid team behind you.
- Tackle everything from sleek modern doors to vintage classics that need some TLC.
What Were Looking For:
- A natural people-person with a knack for sales and service.
- Comfortable using power tools and working with your hands.
- Detail-oriented quick-thinking and always ready to roll up your sleeves.
- No experience No problem! We provide paid training to help you become a certified garage door legend.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license with a clean record
- Able to lift 80 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Must pass a drug screen and pre-employment physical
Compensation & Perks:
- Starting Pay: $25/hr during training
- Top Techs earn $75000 annually with incentives
- 8-hour shifts (MonFri or TuesSat)
- Overtime & weekend availability
