About the Role:

We are seeking a UX/Product Designer to join our team in Stockholm. This is an exciting opportunity to directly influence the evolution of our market-leading enterprise applications.

As a member of our central design team you will champion user-centred design and play a vital role in enhancing the overall product experience for our users. You will work closely with various product teams with your project focus and responsibilities varying over time.

Youll join our experienced in-house UX team of 10 designers with expertise across the full spectrum of Design and UX. Our designers are centred in Stockholm but we have colleagues across the globe that we collaborate with daily.

Our UX team is involved in shaping new concepts and products as well as strategically refining existing designs. This position involves close collaboration with Business stakeholders Product Managers fellow UX designers and developers. The goal is to make impactful and thoughtful design choices that help our organisation deliver the best possible user experiences.

The Challenge

Our products are complex enterprise systems which require a thoughtful and strategic approach to design and UX. The role does not require prior experience with similar services but you need to be comfortable designing for complex data structures and expert users.

We leverage a well-established and continuously evolving design system to guide designers and developers toward visually cohesive and consistent solutions. Your experience will also be key in the ongoing growth and refinement of this system.

Who Are You

You have a pragmatic design mindset seeing design as a powerful tool that drives tangible business value extending beyond just aesthetics and usability. You are a dedicated professional with a strong interest in the intersection of business strategy and user experience. You are passionate about translating complex business ideas and user needs into impactful products that deliver genuine user value. Given that many of our products are data-intensive you are comfortable with the challenge of tackling data visualisation and establishing clear information hierarchies.

Requirements

• 5 years experience in UX design and Product Design.
• Experience designing for complex applications and intricate data structures.
• Hands-on experience in creating a wide range of UX deliverables including wireframes prototypes and user flows.
• Expert in Figma.
• Strong visual design skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in English.
• A strong interest in workshopping and user research is a significant plus though you will be supported by experienced colleagues in this area.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory as part of the application. You will have the opportunity to present and elaborate on your work during the interview process.
