Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake interviews with new clients and determine necessary services.
  • Prepare and document comprehensive treatment plans for clients as needed.
  • Provide ongoing therapy to clients including crisis intervention.
  • Deliver acceptable case productivity levels as determined by program management.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders (e.g. clients families healthcare providers community resources) re: client cases and ensure continual HIPAA compliance.



Qualifications:

  • MSW plus LCSW or LMSW credentialing; LCSW credentialing preferred.
  • 3- 5 years experience working with children and adults with MH diagnoses; background in case management desired.
  • Demonstrated in depth knowledge of and experience in applying current modalities in treatment of chemical dependence and mental illness.
  • Well-versed in crisis management and intervention techniques.
  • Bilingual capability Spanish/English - strongly preferred.
  • Valid NYS Drivers License.
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally to visit clients.


Schedule: Full time 40 hours a week. Hybrid schedule with remote day OR compressed schedule.

Rate of Pay: $58700 per year or $63000 for bilingual (Spanish/English)

This setting qualifies for student loan forgiveness.

This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate. Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidates qualifications skills competencies experience and work location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation such as the value of benefits which may be applicable to this position.
