Job Summary

The salary range for this position is $50000 annually

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Verify the timely distribution of Personal Allowance funds.
  • Post all cash expenses incurred with the individuals funds in FEZ.
  • Verify the presence of receipts for purchases made with individuals funds.
  • Post related cash benefits (Personal and Clothing allowance Social Security benefits other).
  • Verify accuracy of entries made by house staff to the individuals General Ledger.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation on all bank accounts held for the benefit of individuals living in the residence.
  • Prepare and post adjusting journal entries to record monthly bank fees and other charges.
  • Prepare and process individuals Representative Payee reports as needed.
  • Monitor daily cash balances related to the individuals bank accounts.
  • Monitor daily cash balances related to the debit card account used by the residence.
  • Analyze GL income and expense accounts seeking out of the ordinary transactions.
  • Generate cash requirement report to replenish In-House Cash account.
  • Conduct un-announced audit in coordination with the QA Department.
  • Conduct a verification of purchases as part of the audit process.
  • Prepare audit report stating findings and recommendations.
  • Oversee the day to day AR process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or 3-5 years experience in the field.
  • Computer knowledge in MS Excel Word Fund EZ and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
