A Day in the Life

Schedules:

• First shift: Monday - Friday 6 am - 2:30 pm.

• Second shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

• Third Shift: Monday - Friday 10 pm - 6:30 am

Environment: Cleanroom standards apply. PPE is provided and must be worn in the manufacturing area.

Compensation:

• Base hourly rate: $21/hr

• Shift differentials: $1.50 for 2nd shift; $3 for 3rd shift

• Quarterly Operations Incentive bonus

• PTO - 4 weeks / year

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly operations to ensure devices are sealed and packaged correctly.

• Conduct visual inspections for defects such as bubbles or improper seals ensuring products meet quality standards.

• Complete and maintain accurate quality documentation including final checks and process records.

• Operate packaging equipment and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pouching processes.

• Collaborate with the quality team to address any issues or deviations identified during inspections.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

• Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance packaging processes and reduce waste.

Minimum Qualifications (Must Have!):

• Minimum of 0 years of work experience

• Ability to follow technical instructions in English at an advanced level

• Ability to communicate in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-4 years experience in medical device packaging or a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Prior experience in final packaging or quality inspection roles.

• Understanding of ISO and FDA regulations related to medical device packaging.

• Experience working with pouching or sealing equipment.
