- Assist in classrooms as assigned including infant toddler and preschool rooms.
Support lead teachers with daily routines such as meal times diapering potty training and rest periods.
Implement and reinforce lesson plans and activities that promote physical emotional social and cognitive development.
Supervise and engage children in a safe positive and developmentally appropriate manner.
Maintain a clean organized and welcoming classroom environment.
Build positive professional relationships with children families and staff members.
Communicate effectively with classroom teachers and administrators about childrens needs and classroom transitions.
Follow all licensing regulations safety procedures and center policies.
Attend staff meetings training sessions and professional development as required.
Step into any classroom or role as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
