Job Summary

BKM Capital Partners is a growing firm and we are looking for hardworking professionals that want to grow with us. Located in our Newport Beach California office the Associate Technology will be part of the Finance & Accounting team reporting directly to the Associate Director Technology.

The Associate Technology must enjoy working within a small entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven results-driven and detail oriented. The ideal individual is expected to demonstrate sound analytical judgement and the capacity to efficiently communicate and present findings to internal management and external entities. The Associate Technology will have the ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities.

This position is 100% in office due to the collaborative nature of our company.

The Job Essentials:

This persons key responsibilities will be as follows (including but not limited to):

Perform data uploads (ETL CSV FTP Transfers) & data validations
Alteryx Workflows related to validation report automation BI dashboards etc.
Generates and maintains statistical data models specific to client related solutions trend findings or other data models as requested
Responsible for data integrity for the following applications (but not limited to): Yardi Voyager AVIDxChange VTS
Reviews current models in Microsoft Excel to create efficiencies
Acts as a liaison for internal inquires and manages special projects
Develops and presents findings to internal management
Establishes and maintains collaborative working relationships across departments and teams
Provide internal support for Yardi Suite utilizing internal support application
Assist with 3rd party application integration with Yardi suite
Assist with Yardi related projects initiatives and implementations

The Qualifiers:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science preferred
3 years of experience conducting research and analysis
Experience articulating data and technical concepts
Experience documenting data concepts and terminology in the form of business workflows and mappings
Experience analyzing real estate portfolio assets and/or financial statements
Strategic analytical technical and project management skills
