Job Summary
Kindred Spirits the on-site restaurant at The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls is looking for a friendly dependable Breakfast Server to join our morning team.
Breakfast at the Inn is a guest favorite an order-from-the-menu made-from-scratch experience thats complimentary for our Inn guests and loved by travelers and locals throughout the Hocking Hills.
Breakfast shifts run from approximately 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. daily. Our breakfast crew is high-energy positive and takes pride in starting each guests day with warm hospitality and great service. Posted pay is an average and includes tips.

- Provide warm attentive service and create a positive dining experience for every guest
- Greet and seat guests promptly take food and beverage orders and serve meals efficiently
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen about guest needs including allergies dietary restrictions and special requests
- Maintain clean and organized tables server stations and shared work areas
- Support teammates by helping where needed whether thats refreshing drinks running food or assisting with dishes during busy times
- Uphold the welcoming atmosphere and high service standards that make Kindred Spirits special always with a great attitude and a smile
- Previous server experience a plus
- Friendly outgoing personality with a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
- Dependable punctual and able to stay organized during busy morning service
- Willingness to learn and take direction while maintaining a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to stand and move efficiently for several hours at a time
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
