Responsibilities:
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Develop implement and monitor nursing policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as accreditation standards.
Supervise mentor and evaluate nursing staff fostering professional development.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care initiatives.
Manage staffing scheduling and resource allocation efficiently.
Monitor and report on clinical performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Current and valid RN license in New Mexico.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
Exceptional leadership communication and organizational skills.
Ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
