Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including vital signs monitoring medication administration and basic nursing procedures.
Assist RNs and physicians with patient assessments and treatment plans.
Document patient care accurately in medical records.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising staff.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year of practical nursing experience preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
