Develop and implement individualized therapy treatment plans.
Support patients in improving motor skills mobility and coordination.
Document progress accurately and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
Maintain compliance with clinical safety and documentation standards.
Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in the state of Massachusetts.
Strong clinical communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative healthcare team.
Previous experience in acute care rehabilitation or long-term care preferred.
