Job Summary
Description
- Take ownership of daily field operations ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and support a team of Field Service Technicians to achieve safety performance and customer satisfaction goals.
- Play a hands-on role in driving technician productivity operational standards and service excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Operations Managers and support teams to maintain 24/7 operational readiness.
- Champion a culture of safety accountability and inclusion across all field activities.
- Contribute directly to store performance through effective planning execution and continuous improvement.

- Direct and coordinate the daily activities of Field Service Technicians ensuring service standards are met.
- Monitor and optimize scheduling fleet readiness and inventory accuracy to support operational efficiency.
- Conduct on-site visits to observe coach and mentor technicians reinforcing Kal Tires operational standards.
- Partner with Dispatch Billing and Operations teams to deliver seamless and timely service to customers.
- Track and report on team performance productivity and safety compliance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support execution of store budgets initiatives and customer service goals aligned with company objectives.
- You have a strong mechanical ability and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
- Valid drivers license.
- Ability to excel in a physical environment and easily lift 50 lbs.
- Safety mindset ready to wear all required PPE and follow all safety procedures.
- Automotive or tire experience is an asset.
