Clinical Educator Inpatient, Full-Time

Position Highlights:

• Location: Main Hospital
• Schedule: Monday Friday Flexible

Responsibilities:

• Assess the learning needs of nursing staff through various methods such as surveys performance evaluations and direct observation.
• Develop and implement educational programs workshops and training sessions based on identified learning needs organizational goals and best practices in nursing education.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership subject matter experts and other healthcare professionals to design and deliver evidence-based educational content that aligns with regulatory requirements and standards of nursing practice.
• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for nursing staff.
• Facilitate educational sessions workshops and simulations to promote skill development critical thinking and clinical decision-making among nursing staff.
• Provide one-on-one coaching mentoring and support to nursing staff to address individual learning needs and enhance clinical competency.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and initiatives through the use of outcome measures learner feedback and performance assessments.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for revisions to educational content and delivery methods.

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse License

Bachelors degree from an accredited school of nursing. Masters degree preferred (or graduating with

Masters within 18months from an accredited school of nursing.

BLS from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in using educational technologies and learning management systems.

Compensation:

• $40.00 46.00 per hour depending on education and experience.
• Discretionary bonuses relocation expenses merit increase market adjustments recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available.
